Payment Policy

This policy applies to all design and file services ordered from FilcoreVN (Filcore Company Limited) through this website, email, WhatsApp or Zalo.
1. Prices and quotes
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices on our website are starting prices.
- Before any work begins, we send you a written quote with the fixed price, scope and delivery date. The price will not change unless you change the scope.
2. When to pay
- Starter packages on our website: paid in full online at checkout. If your files need more work than the package covers, we contact you with a fixed quote before starting.
- Other orders under $100: 100% payment before work starts.
- Orders of $100 or more: 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% before the final files are delivered.
- Ongoing clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly by written agreement.
3. Payment methods
- Accepted payment methods and our payment details are listed on your quote or invoice.
- We only send payment details from [email protected]. If you receive payment instructions from any other address, please contact us before paying.
- Bank or transfer fees charged by your bank are paid by the sender.
4. Invoices
We can issue an invoice in the name of your company on request. Please send your company name, address and tax ID (if any) with your order.
We do not collect or store any card details on this website.
