Delivery Policy

All our services are digital. Nothing is shipped physically — your files are delivered online.
1. How files are delivered
- Files are sent by email or through a download link (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer).
- You receive the file formats agreed in your quote (for example STL, 3MF, STEP, AI, SVG, DXF, PNG, DST, PES).
2. Standard turnaround
- 3D print file preparation: within 24 hours for most single files.
- Embroidery digitizing: 24–48 hours.
- 2D vector design and T-shirt print design: 1–3 business days.
- 3D modeling: 2–7 business days depending on complexity.
- Large and ongoing projects: according to the schedule agreed in your quote.
Times are counted in business days, Vietnam time (GMT+7), from the moment we receive your confirmation, payment and all required information. Rush delivery is available on request for an extra fee.
3. Delays
If we cannot meet the agreed date, we will tell you as early as possible. You may then wait, change the order or cancel and receive a refund as described in our Revision & Refund Policy.
4. File storage
We keep a copy of delivered files for 90 days so you can download them again. After that, files may be permanently deleted.
