Every file we deliver is checked before it is sent to you.

1. What we check

3D files: watertight, manifold mesh, correct scale and units, wall thickness suitable for printing; a test slice when requested.
Embroidery files: correct size, density, underlay, pull compensation and stitch order for the fabric and garment you specified.
2D and T-shirt designs: correct size, resolution, color mode and clean vector paths.

2. Our guarantee

If a file has an error caused by us, we fix it free of charge, at any time within 30 days after delivery. If we cannot fix it, we refund the price of that file.

3. Not covered

Problems caused by printer or machine settings, materials, fabric or hardware.
Changes to the original brief after approval.
Files that have been edited by a third party after delivery.
