Revision & Refund Policy

1. Free revisions

We revise your files free of charge until they match the brief and quote you approved.
Please request revisions within 14 days after delivery.
New requests outside the original brief (a new design, a new size, new elements) are quoted separately.

2. Cancellation

Before work starts: you may cancel and receive a full refund.
After work starts: we refund the part of the payment for work not yet done.
If we cancel or cannot deliver the order, you receive a full refund.

3. Refunds after delivery

If a delivered file does not work because of our mistake (for example a broken mesh or a stitch file that does not run on the agreed machine format) and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the price of that file.
Refunds are not given for changes of mind after the final files have been delivered and accepted, or for problems caused by printer, machine, material or settings outside our control.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 business days.
