Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Filcore Company Limited (“FilcoreVN”, “we”) to you (“the client”). By ordering a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide 3D print file preparation, 3D modeling, 2D vector design, T-shirt print design, embroidery digitizing and related design services. The scope, price and delivery date of each order are set out in the quote you accept.
2. Your materials
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, photos and files you send us.
- We may refuse orders that copy third-party trademarks or copyrighted work without permission.
3. Ownership
After full payment, you own the final files we create for you and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Until full payment, all rights remain with FilcoreVN.
4. Payment, delivery, revisions and refunds
These are covered by our Payment Policy, Delivery Policy, Revision & Refund Policy and Quality Guarantee.
5. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by printer or machine settings, materials, or the use of files after delivery.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will always try to solve any issue with you directly and in good faith first.
